	Two Important Product Updates: 1/ If you are using versions 4.2.0.79 or less, the video conference software will not work. You will need to manually un-install and re-install the software by obtaining version 4.2.0.80 Sorry updates are usually automatic, however in this case and a first for 3 years you will need to do it manually due to an IP number and added executable's. 2/ Announcement of the new Flash platform version V3 available very SOON - ETA Mid Feb 2009 Additional details can located on the blog - look for the this on the home page. Software-Informer will also be kept updated.

	Hi Richard, 9/10 of these issues you describe are caused by the residing anti virus program during download. Nortons or Mcaffee will often corrupt the client file hence the error message. Our advice is to un-install and re-install the conference file with your anti virus program disabled just to download the client file, remember to re-active the anti virus program as soon as the client download is done.
